Your needs and concerns are important to us and we have them covered. Please let us know if you have other questions, we are happy to address them all and share our experiences with you to ensure you get the best suitable option for your wedding day.

How far in advance should I plan my event?

 

Pending availability, we can accommodate events on very short notice, depending on the season of the year. If you want a Quarter floor space, we typically request at least one month of advance notice to discuss your event’s objectives and how our team and your selected caterer can exceed your expectations.

What basic facilities are provided at sky100?
  • sky100 is equipped with Wi-Fi, audio-visual equipment like simple projectors, screens, microphones, and speakers, Internet connection and telephone line (all other items are available upon request)
  • Photo booth service is available for one-of-a-kind shots of your delegates
  • sky100 has a wheelchair accessible ramp and service lift
  • Direct loading and unloading access to the venue is offered
  • A designated shuttle bus and private car drop-off point are offered
How many people can sky100 accommodate?

sky100 has flexible seating from 50 people for lunch or dinner, and can accommodate up to 1,000 guests for cocktail receptions.

Are there different room setup options?

Our event space can be transformed to suit a variety of functions using our soundproof partitions, including company cocktail receptions, seated dinners, galas, product launches and holiday parties. We can accommodate theatre, classrooms, round or long tables, or cocktail style events. Your guests can enjoy magnificent 360-degree Victoria Harbour views featuring Hong Kong by day and night.

Do you have or provide hotel rooms in sky100?

As we are part of the Sun Hung Kai Properties Group, we can assist you in arranging for a room with our hotel partners, such as The Ritz Carlton, W Hotel, Royal Garden Hotel, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal View Hotel and Royal Park Hotel.

Is there an event planner or coordinator for me to work with?

 

Our Wedding Service Team will be available to assist with your event needs. We recommend a walkthrough prior to the event in order to learn about some of our “best practices” and to finalise event logistics. Please contact our Wedding Service Team at (852) 2613 3833 or fill-in our Request for Proposal form.

 

Is catering provided by sky100?

 

All catering can be done through our preferred caterers, and can be as extravagant or simple as you wish. Sample menus are available upon request.

Preferred Caterers: The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong, The Royal Garden, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal Park Hotel, Royal View Hotel.

Where do people park?
Parking is conveniently located at the Elements shopping mall, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please refer to the ELEMENTS website for more information.
